A note every week on why customers come back, how we decide, and what changes when we learn with AI.

I write it between the graduate classroom, the restaurants that measure their guest experience with Kindorse, and other entrepreneurship and consulting projects. Some notes bring data; others bring questions I can't answer yet.

Notes

  1. Starting fresh

I write almost every day, privately. Starting now, I'll share some of it here, once a week.

Four formats

  • What the research saysAn academic paper in plain language, with what a manager can take from it.0
  • From the classroomA question or debate from class, thought through properly.0
  • Half-formed ideasSomething I'm still working out that might be useful to someone else.0

Who writes

About

I teach marketing at EGADE Business School, run a doctoral seminar at UANL, and co-founded Kindorse, a customer-experience platform for restaurants in Mexico.

This blog is my public notebook: I write to think more clearly, and I share it in case an idea turns out useful or interesting to someone else.

Now and then a guest writes a note: colleagues, entrepreneurs and people running businesses I learn from.
